Eastern Cape teens, pregnant woman and her child die following heavy rains
At least four people were confirmed dead while others are still missing following heavy rainfall in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal over the past few days.
Pheello Oliphant, spokesperson for the Eastern Cape Cooperative governance and traditional affairs department, told News24 that three of the incidents occurred in the O.R. Tambo district.
