Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge dodges suspension

The Judicial Service Commission declined to recommend the suspension of Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge pending the outcome of a judicial tribunal into a sexual harassment complaint against him by a court official.
