A man wanted in connection with a car burglary last year was caught on camera in Florida fighting a man while dressed as an Easter Bunny on Sunday.
BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – A New Jersey man wanted in connection with a South Brunswick car burglary last year has surfaced in Florida where, dressed as an Easter Bunny on Sunday, he fought with a man who allegedly spit on a woman at a bar.
The officer on scene then dispersed the parties involved, according to an email from Orlando Police Sgt. David Baker on behalf of Sgt. Eduardo Bernal, the public information officer. "No injuries were reported and no parties expressed a desire to press charges. The details of the dispute causing the fight are unknown. No arrests or reports were completed," Baker said in the email, adding the incident occurred about 10:30 p.m. in downtown Orlando.
At the time, township police reported area surveillance cameras showed McDonald and an accomplice entering an unlocked car and rummaged through the center console."He had a warrant issued for him in October of 2018 for car burglaries in South Brunswick and failed to appear in court. His warrant remains active," the post said.
