The transgender activist is known for a recent controversial partnership with beer brand Bud Light.

Transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney on Friday, June 30 she felt abandoned by Bud Light after facing âmore bullying and transphobia than I could have ever imaginedâ over her partnership with the beer giant.
"Some see me as the woman of the year, some see me as a woman of a year and some change ... and some people don't see me as a woman at all," Mulvaney said. The series gained attention from public figures and brands worldwide, including Bud Light. The beer brand announced a partnership with Mulvaney in April, creating special cans featuring the activist's face and sponsoring several of Mulvaney's TikToks.Bud Light after the announcement, followed shortly by a loss of nearly $400 million in sales for Anheuser-Busch, the beer brand's parent company. Bud Light was later dethroned as the top-selling beer brand in the U.S.
"Because I came to London on holiday this summer after months of feeling isolated and when I arrived, I didn't feel that baggage that I was carrying back in the U.S.," Mulvaney said. "And I didn't feel like the trans beer girl ... And I romanticized this country as a safe place."The activist concluded her speech by noting that members of the LGBTQ+ community must band together while it remains "dangerous" for such individuals in both the U.S. and U.K.
