Presidential adviser Vince Dizon says the Duterte administration is now more open to public-private partnerships, but would get rid of deals that fail to 'promote public interest.'

The revised list of 100 infrastructure flagship projects was jointly approved by the Investment Coordination Committee-Cabinet Committee and the Committee on Infrastructure.
