Speaker DUN Sabah, Datuk Kadzim M. Yahya memutuskan menolak usul berkenaan atas alasan ia dikemukakan kurang daripada 24 jam daripada tempoh ditetapkan sebelum Dewan bersidang.
“Saya memutuskan menolak usul tersebut berdasarkan Peraturan 23 iaitu permohonan dibuat kurang daripada 24 jam sebelum bermulanya persidangan. Usul ini dikemukakan pada 11.20 pagi jadi, ia tidak memenuhi syarat berasaskan Peraturan 23, dengan itu usul ditolak,” katanya dalam persidangan DUN Sabah hari ini.Kemudian, Mohd.
“Saya juga akan membawa isu ini ke Parlimen minggu depan. Perkara ini penting kepada negeri Sabah,” katanya.
