Dubai aircraft makes safe emergency landing at U-Tapao airport in Thailand's Rayong due landing gear malfunction

PETALING JAYA: It was an evening to remember for Selangor winger Faisal Halim.

BANGKOK : An aircraft flying from Dubai made an emergency landing at U-Tapao airport in Thailand's Rayong province on Friday night after experiencing landing gear malfunction .

The air traffic control tower at U-Tapao-Pattaya International Airport in Rayong’s Ban Chang district reported that it received a notification from the captain of a commercial Airbus A319-115, travelling from Dubai, requesting emergency landing due to landing gear issues.
