Cape Town City will be out to cement their spot in the top eight in the DStv Premiership with a battle against Baroka FC at the DHL Stadium on Sunday.
The host are a side high in confidence after winning their last two matches against Sekhukhune United as well as Marumo Gallants FC. Baroka have battled to get going in their battle against demotion with just one win from their past three league matches, but won their last match in the Nedbank Cup last 16 against TS Galaxy.
Eric Tinkler’s side lie sixth on the Premiership standings with 33 points from 21 matches played so far, whilst Bakgaga Ba Ga Mphahlele sit at the basement with 17 points off 22 matches contested. City will have the services of midfielder Mpho Makola back after he served suspension, and held Bakgaga to a goalless draw in the first round fixture this season.
