pull from years of extensive research into reducing environmental impact and maximising social impact with a new collection of men’s and women’s sweatshirts, T-shirts, joggers and shorts made of recycled and ethically sourced cotton.
Commenting on the collection, the Dsquared2 team says: “We started with the creative process, looking at fabrics which reduce, for certain aspects, their environmental impact and at innovative ways to process and finish products.”collection uses GOTS-certified organic cotton for the graphic printed T-shirts and sweatshirts, each of which is available to purchase in a selection of spring-inspired colours. Bomber jackets and jerseys are made from a mix of recycled cotton and recycled nylon.
In a move that’s intended to elevate the brand’s denim line, the label is also using a new organic cotton-drill that promises extra comfort for customers, with all jeans made from an innovative stretch yarn spun with more than 50% recycled content.Launched simultaneously alongside the new collection comes a special capsule for Spring Summer 2022, featuring a smiley face graphic with a green maple leaf.
