LUCENA CITY — A drunk motorcyclist died early Saturday, May 27, after his vehicle crashed into a concrete fence in San Juan town in Batangas province.Batangas police in a report said that Romano Obligar Jr., 25, was at a drinking spree with friends in their house in Barangay Mabalanoy around 12:45 a.m. but left an hour before the accident happened on board his motorcycle.

Obligar’s motorcycle crashed into a concrete fence of the school in the said village, the report said.
