Sunday, Feb. 19.Major Jovito Bose, Moises Padilla police chief, said that Cadigal was reportedly drunk, and was being playful while watching a certain game during the fiesta.The victim suffered a gunshot wound in the head. He was declared dead on arrival at a hospital.
