Ini menimbulkan rasa kurang senang penyokong-penyokong kerajaan memandangkan Noh telah diperintahkan oleh Timbalan Yang Dipertua Dewan Rakyat, Nga Kor Ming supaya dilarang memasuki Dewan selama tiga hari susulan tindakan Noh semalam yang didakwa melanggar peraturan mesyuarat.
"Saya tidak tahu, bolehkah satu hukuman itu dijatuhkan tanpa kehadiran saya. Kes ini kes bila? Semalam waktu saya berdepan dengan Timbalan Speaker patut beliau suruh saya keluar. "Pada sesi yang sudah, saya ingin maklumkan Ahli Parlimen Gelang Pataj ketika itu telah dihalau keluar tetapi beliau tetap datang Dewan sampai akhir, tidak keluar Dewan," katanya.
