Najib Razak berkata Dr Mahathir Mohamad tidak boleh mencabar keputusan PPBM di mahkamah.

“Pindaan ini secara terang menyatakan keputusan parti adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dicabar dalam mana-mana mahkamah. Malah, Seksyen 18C Akta Pertubuhuhan 1966 turut menyatakan, tidak ada mana-mana mahkamah mempunyai bidang kuasa, melayani atau memutuskan apa-apa guaman, permohonan atau prosiding atas apa-apa alasan berkenaan dengan kesahan keputusan itu.
