A large search and rescue operation is launched off the coast of southern Greece following a deadly migrant boat accident

Previously 32 deaths had been reported while around 100 others were rescued in a rescue operation on Wednesday in international waters that was complicated by high winds. "Since very early Wednesday, an extensive rescue operation is underway off Pylos, after a fishing boat capsized with a large number of migrants onboard," the coastguard said.
