These three cases are among those to be forwarded, says CID chief Huzir Mohamed.
Bukit Aman CID director Huzir Mohamed said the case was being investigated under Section 504 of the Penal Code and that police have already taken statements on the matter from Dong Zong chairperson Tan Tai Kim and secretary-general Ng Chai Heng.
"We are still investigating the matter and have seized a number of digital devices used by Koon in making the statement," he said, adding that the case was being investigated under Section 505 of the Penal Code. Huzir also said that police have recorded statements from Umno Youth exco member Wan Azrai Wan Deris, also known as Papagomo, for his comments on the death of Syed Muhammad Danial Syed Syakir, who died after aHuzir also reminded the people not to play up issues that touch on racial sensitivities of the plural society in this country.
"The police will not hesitate to act according to the law against anyone who tries to act in any way that can undermine public order and national security," he said.
