"Out on bail, Casey. That doesn't even clear the low-class bar that Donald Trump is advocating for," Christie said. He could face a possible indictment out of Washington, D.C., for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol and potential charges out of a Georgia special grand jury investigation looking at his attempt to overturn the 2020 election.
