A UNIVERSITI Malaysia Terengganu lecturer has suggested that Putrajaya establishes a “smart partnership” among varsities to facilitate the process of sending home students stuck on campus during the movement-control order . Mohd Uzair Rusli, head of the research laboratory at UMT’s Institute of Oceanography and Environment, said students should first be screened for Covid-19, and only university buses used to ferry them home.
