A complaint for violation of the Anti-Hazing Act has already been filed against seven members of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity namely Earl Anthony Romero, Tung Cheng Teng, Sandro Victorino, Michael Lambert Ritalde, Jerome Balot, Mark Pedrosa and Daniel Perry.On Friday, they attended the first preliminary investigation at the Department of Justice .
