Police are investigating the death of a five-week-old baby on the NSW far south coast over the weekend.
NSW Ambulance says paramedics were called to a Moruya property on Saturday night to reports a baby had been attacked by a dogOfficers were called to Moruya Hospital on the evening of Saturday, February 18, after the infant suffering a head injury was brought in by her parents.Police say two rottweiler-type dogs, which live at the family's home, have been seized by rangers from the local Eurobodalla Shire Council.
En route to the home, paramedics learned the baby was being transported to hospital in a private vehicle.Local news direct to your inbox
