The fourth cyclone to form within the country's area of responsibility this year, Tropical Depression DodongPH landed in Dinapigue, Isabela, at 3 a.m., the state weather bureau said on Friday, July 14. ManilaBulletin READ:
In its latest issued bulletin at 5 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said "Dodong" has maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
It also raised the same tropical cyclone wind signal in places under the northern portion of Pangasinan , and the northern and central portions of Aurora .PAGASA forecasted that "Dodong" will remain in tropical depression status while it is in the Philippine Area of Responsibility .
