JOHANNESBURG - Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma says the COVID-19 pandemic has reached a stage where it can be managed without the Disaster Management Act.
Earlier government gave an update on COVID-19 measures in place."Outdoors it's not needed. We still need to limit number of people gatherings. We continue with the 1,000 indoors and 2,000 outdoors... vaccine certificate or a test that is not older than 72 hours old is required."
