Seven of the shootings were fatal including an incident that prompted protests in the wake of George Floyd's death
The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday that it completed its review of 10 recent law enforcement shootings — seven of them fatal — and that the actions of the officers and deputies involved were legally justified.

Toxicology tests showed methamphetamine in his system.
