A new lawsuit claims that a trip down a waterslide at Disney World's Typhoon Lagoon left a woman with a 'painful wedgie' that allegedly damaged internal organs.

after a young woman reportedly suffered grim injuries on one of the Orlando, Fla. resort's Typhoon Lagoon attractions.

The suit states that Emma attended Typhoon Lagoon while wearing a one-piece bathing suit in celebration of her 30th birthday. She proceeded to ride the Humunga Kowabunga slide, which consists of three body tubes totaling 214 feet in length. The ride ends with a drop into a pool of water that slows guests down from a top speed of almost 40 miles per hour.

The McGuinness' suit categorizes the experience as a "painful wedgie," and alleges that she "suffered severe and permanent bodily injury including severe vaginal lacerations, a full thickness laceration causing Plaintiff's bowel to protrude through her abdominal wall, and damage to her internal organs."
