As one of several veterans in the Blackwater squad, Filipino-Italian guard Mike DiGregorio is taking his role seriously as one of new coach Jeff Cariaso's 'extensions' on the court for the coming PBA Season 48.

'The magic is in your day-to-day routine and having an optimistic mindset. The rest will take care of itself. And those are some of the things I've been trying to tell the guys as we move towards our season.'The Bossing is coming off a Converge-sponsored pocket tournament, posting a 2-1 card to emerge as second in the four-team field.
