He wore a traditional kilt — as Irish men do on special ocassions — while Pia wore an strapless gown. The comment section is filled with well-wishers who were taken aback by Pia's surprise announcement. Fellow beauty queens Rabiya Mateo, MJ Lastimosa, Gazini Ganados, and Kylie Versoza expressed their surprise and issued their congratulations, as did other celebrities like Iya Villania, BJ Pascual, Hidalyn Diaz, and Lovi Poe.
