THE Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) is open to suggestions to further enhance President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s
Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing program aimed to address the decades-old housing backlog.
“The President and the entire government are doing their best to come up with solutions to address the long-standing problem of housing. We have created the 4PH. This is a new concept that is entirely different from the previous housing programs. We can still improve it, and all your recommendations are very much welcome,” he said.
Under 4PH, private developers and contractors would be given access to developmental loans to jumpstart housing projects, the housing czar said.
