Harrisburg police always beef up their security on Halloween night, and this year will be no different.

There is some concern about children's safety during trick-or-treating in Harrisburg after a shooting that injured a 3-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 13-year-old.'It's sad what happened to the kids,' resident Tor Green said.The victims were wounded on Sunday. All of them are expected to survive.'It's just horrible timing. It's horrible it took place in the first place.

'You got to always stay focused. I love the world. We love everybody, but it's a crazy world out here. So, always stay focused,' he said. 'We will have additional officers out. There will be additional cars out patrolling, and there will be more officers visual,' Gautsch said.Despite the shooting, officers are still encouraging people to enjoy Halloween.
