Deported thief is allowed back into the UK under EU freedom of movement laws
A PORTUGUESE robber booted out of Britain after being jailed here has been allowed back under EU freedom of movement.Judges have ruled a deported convicted robber can come back to the UK under EU free movementHome Secretary Sajid Javid, who had said the villain, 23, was a “serious threat” to society.
The man, known only as J Pedro, got 28 months in 2015 for two robberies while studying at a UK university.He was caught trying to sneak back illegally in 2016 and stopped.
