DepEd reports early steps to revise ‘congested’ K-12
DepEd earlier disclosed to the public its progress on the ongoing revision of the K-to-12 curriculum aimed at producing more job-ready graduates and sought feedback on the proposed changes and curriculum guides. Also under the draft guidelines is the agency’s proposal to merge social studies, culture, history, and physical education under a new subject for kindergarten to Grade 3 students.This move is aimed at decongesting the curriculum for kinder to Grade 3 students to focus on functional literacy development.INQUIRER.net wants to hear from you!
