As told to Neil Edward Diaz of SDO Davao Del Norte in DepEd Region XI, Ashnor was with her mother Asleah when he found the envelope on the grounds of the North Davao Electric Cooperative Office in Tagum City, Davao del Norte on Jan. 4. With the help of his mother who posted a photo of the envelope with the owner’s name on Facebook, the money was returned to its rightful owner. Asleah said that she was “very proud” of her son’s actions.
