PENAMPANG: Government departments are dealing with development project issues in the district, including delays in their implementation, said Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Ewon Benedict.
He said among the causes of delays were the appointment of consultant, acquisition of land, the need for additional allocation for the relocation of utility poles and cables involving various agencies, and modifying the scope of project which requires approval.
