The commuter hotline, 0920-964-3687, will receive calls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, according to a news release on Wednesday.

Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said the hotline is the agency’s channel to receive complaints and reports of red tape from citizens within its offices and attached agencies. “We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTr,” Bautista said.

“We urge our fellow Filipinos to report your concerns via the commuter hotline that require full attention of the DOTr and its attached agencies.”
