A Denver real estate agency transformed an old scrapyard on Colfax Avenue into its new headquarters.
The yard – now brimming with wildflowers and a grove of oak trees and pines – features a half-court basketball court and parking lot. Within walking distance of Empower Field at Mile High, Ringsby envisions it as an entertainment space for corporate, client and charity events.
With a team of eight, the firm is actively “trying to grow,” and just launched its property management division.on Ringsby Realty’s website as available for sale or lease, with a listed sale price of $2.4 million. The office and retail building is 6,250 square feet and two floors.by the Colorado Press Association in March 2014 for over $1.2 million, according to Denver public records.
Ringsby founded the company in 2002 after working at two well-known commercial real estate firms: Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. Ringsby Realty focuses on the industrial sector, with its brokerage services including capital markets, industrial-zoned land sales, corporate services and more.
