Denver police on Tuesday morning began a homicide investigation following a shooting north of Globeville that killed a person on Monday.
The victim in the shooting Monday near the intersection of 51st Avenue and Logan Street was taken to a hospital and died overnight, police said in a posting on X, the social media site formerly called Twitter.
No information was released on the victim and what happened. Police investigators “are working to develop suspect information.” Police asked that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers dispatchers at 720-913-7867, an anonymous tip line.
