IPOH: There has been a 17.9% increase in dengue cases reported in Perak, says A. Sivanesan .
"One of the main reasons for the increase is due to improper disposal of rubbish, especially in villages. During the event, a memorandum of understanding was also signed between both parties for a collaboration in carrying out health-related programmes for the community.
