ASIC agreed to abandon the orders it was granted last week, forcing Mr Chiodo to hand over his passport; he was a director of Keystone until May 27. Michael Rush KC, acting for ASIC, said the watchdog alleged there was already “an inappropriate weighting to high-risk investments” inconsistent with Shield’s product disclosure statements of 2022 and 2023.
