THE Bacolod City and Negros Occidental police arrested three robbery suspects in Barangay Alijis, Bacolod following a robbery incident in Talisay City on Thursday, October 5.

Closed-circuit television camera footage sent by Police Col. Noel Aliño, Bacolod police director, to the media revealed that the suspects on board a motorcycle barged into the compound of the delivery hub, threatened the employees at gunpoint, and carted away their cellular phones. Police Major Wilfredo Benoman Jr., deputy chief of TCPS, said the suspects were tracked thru the Global Positioning System on one of the stolen cellular phones.

Aliño said the suspects, who were armed and wearing bullet proof vest, were on board a Pajero and a motorcycle when they were cornered by Police Stations 6 and 7 and TCPS.Police recovered from Suelan a Smith and Wesson .38 caliber revolver with five bullets, a black jacket, a motorcycle without license plate, two cellular phones, and P801.
