Sean M. Hinton, 42, was shot and killed at a Powell home Monday night. The Delaware County Sheriff's office said Hinton was armed and pointed a rifle.
A Delaware County deputy shot and killed a 42-year-old man Monday night who was wearing body armor and carrying multiple firearms.

"Get that gun off him or the cops are going to ... shoot him," the woman tells a relative who had arrived at the home to try and calm the situation. When deputies arrived, the woman told the dispatchers she was scared to open the door because Hinton still had the firearm on his hip.
