" they're discussing is if we lift the curfew, how can we get the same effect from having a curfew without a curfew, basically. How can we have the reduction in crime?" Ms Lawler said. The legality of the curfew, which was implemented after the government invoked emergency powers, was questioned by the Northern Territory Police Association earlier this week.
