School districts in California will have to create rules restricting student smartphone use under a new law Democratic Gov Gavin Newsom signed Sept 23.
KUALA LUMPUR: Decision on the Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings doctrine will only be known after receiving the consent of Conference of Rulers, which will convene next month, says Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar.
The muzakarah committee is chaired by former Johor mufti Datuk Dr Nooh Gadot and the meeting is attended by all state muftis. Mohd Na’im added that the muzakarah committee’s decision regarding the matter would be presented to MKI chairman Sultan Nazrin Shah of Perak and deputy chairman Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, before being presented to the Conference of Rulers.
