McHenry said that no face-to-face meetings with the White House negotiating team had been planned for Thursday but that he did not view this as a sign that talks had stalled. "We are inching closer to a deal. I think it's some of the finer points they are working on right now," Hern told Reuters. "You are likely to see a deal by tomorrow afternoon.
