KUALA KRAI: A 56-year-old woman has been killed while her husband and daughter were injured when their car hit a dead cow and overturned. Kuala Krai OCPD Supt Mazlan Mamat said the accident occurred when the car, driven by the victim's husband, failed to avoid a cow carcass lying across the road."The victim, who was in the front passenger seat, died at the scene, trapped in the wreckage until extricated by the Kuala Krai Fire and Rescue Department," he said.
Mazlan stated that a preliminary investigation revealed that the driver lost control while trying to avoid the cow carcass in the middle of the road.
