DUESSELDORF, Germany (Reuters) - Hungary coach Marco Rossi admits that few people give his side much of a chance in their second Euro 2024 match against hosts Germany next week but still believes his players can recover from Saturday's loss to Switzerland.
Kota Kinabalu City Hall enforcers inspecting non-complying developers at several construction sites around Kota Kinabalu for operating after the permitted hours.
KOTA KINABALU: A total of 16 compound notices have been issued by the Kota Kinabalu City Hall to developers for repeatedly ignoring warnings to cease construction work beyond permitted hours. Kota Kinabalu Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah said the compound notices were issued after inspections at several construction sites found that developers had also violated approved development plans."This is to avoid disturbances to their 'neighbours', especially if the construction is located nearby residential areas," he said.
Urging developers to adhere to the Building By-Laws 1961 and the Local Government Ordinance 1961, Sabin said there have been complaints from residents against developers. "We conducted discussions with developers and consultants and an agreement was set that working hours would be from 7.30am to 6pm only from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays," said Sabin."We will not hesitate to issue court orders on non-complying developers to halt construction for violating DBKK's conditions," he said.
