City Deputy CID chief Asst Comm Alzafny Ahmad said Liow surrendered at the Brickfields police headquarters at around 3pm Friday."This brings the total number of arrests in connection with the case to 15. We are still tracking down several other witnesses and suspects connected to the case," he said when contacted on Sunday .
City police chief Comm Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim had said that police were looking for four suspects in connection with the case. One of the suspects was Liow.
