Construction firm DATEM on Thursday, July 27, announced it has completed P15 billion worth of projects in 2022 and expects to finish the four stations of the P64 billion LRT-1 Cavite Extension, for which it serves as a subcontractor, within 2023.

So far, the first phase of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension is 83 percent complete. Its target is to start commercial operations by the fourth quarter of 2024.

"Now more than ever, we are committed to building the nation and helping it recover from the pandemic, taking into consideration the economic challenges recently," she stated.Last year's projects include construction of high-rise building projects for commercial, residential, and corporate offices, as well as rehabilitation projects for wastewater and environmental preservation facilities.

Also included in the list are the One Le Grand Tower and the substructure of Aurelia Residences in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Aside from institutional and residential projects, DATEM reconstructed a wastewater facility – the Robinsons Place Galleria Sewage Treatment Plant project.
