Jertih Jabatan Kesihatan Terengganu menafikan dakwaan terdapat seorang pesakit Covid-19 sedang dirawat di Hospital Besut (HB) seperti tular di Facebook (FB) hari ini.
Pengarah Jabatan Kesihatan negeri, Dr Nor Azimi Yunus menegaskan pihaknya sudah melakukan pemeriksaan dan mendapati tiada kes pesakit Covid-19 yang dimasukkan ke wad 7 di HB.“Kami meminta semua lapisan masyarakat supaya sentiasa berhati-hati dan tidak menularkan sebarang berita tidak sahih sehingga menimbulkan kegusaran rakyat.
“Secara umumnya, bagi mengurangkan risiko jangkitan saluran pernafasan, masyarakat diminta sentiasa mengamalkan tahap kebersihan diri seperti kerap mencuci tangan, mengamalkan etika batuk yang betul, mengamalkan ‘social distancing’ dan mengelakkan dari mengunjungi tempat tumpuan ramai, selain dilarang bergaul rapat dengan individu bergejala,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.
Dr Nor Azimi berkata demikian ketika mengulas dakwaan pesakit Covid-19, dirawat di wad 7 Hospital Besut, dan mangsa dilaporkan baru balik dari Jepun.
