Daim says Najib ignored advice on ECRL

DAIM Zainuddin has questioned whether a personal emissary of Najib Razak was involved in direct negotiations on the old East Coast Rail Link contract. “Was it a personal emissary of the former PM or was it an official representative of the government, as should have been the case,” he said.
