Fellow Eat Bulaga hosts comforted the iconic trio of Tito, Vic and Joey after they emotionally announced the noontime show’s departure from production company TAPE, Inc. on Wednesday.
Eat Bulaga was not allowed by the “new management” to broadcast live on GMA the announcement. Instead, they spoke through their official YouTube channel and Facebook account.“Simula ngayong araw, May 31, 2023, kami po ay magpapaalam na sa TAPE, Inc. Karangalan po namin na kami’y nakapaghatid ng tuwa’t saya mula Batanes hanggang Jolo, at naging bahagi ng buhay ninyo. Maraming maraming salamat sa inyong lahat,” said Vic in the May 31 episode of Eat Bulaga aired on Facebook and YouTube.
Following the abrupt announcement of their exit from TAPE Inc, fellow Dabarkads hosts comforted Tito, Vic, and Joey, each giving the trio a hug.
