Crystal Jasperson was exiting a roundabout in Rockhampton a year ago, when a 'big black bull bar' appeared to her left, knocking her from her bike.

No-one was charged over the accident, however Ms Jasperson is working with Shine Lawyers on a compulsory third party insurance claim, which is ongoing. However, the 39-year-old single mum of two said there had been near misses "all the time", prior to the accident."I just want cyclists, myself included, to feel safe and seen," she said."I'm so much more cautious as a driver in a vehicle myself because of this."Ms Jasperson wants cyclists "to feel safe and seen".As road safety week comes to an end, Queensland police are still driving home the message of taking care on the roads.
