Cuepacs president Adnan Mat says proposal presented to Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob is reasonable and in line with current needs. – Adnan Mat Facebook pic, July 21, 2022.

Its president Adnan Mat said Cuepacs submitted a proposal containing three main points, the implementation of the minimum wage raise of RM1,800, a two-level increase of the annual salary increment and the implementation of a new remuneration system that is more comprehensive, fair and equitable. He told this to reporters after attending the civil servants gathering and briefing on current issues with Cuepacs president at the Sultanah Nur Zahirah Library auditorium in Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, in Kuala Nerus today.

“Now the number of female civil servants is increasing. As many as 30% are women holding key positions, that’s approximately 360,000 women,” he said.
